Awful, long and dragged out. You feel like a number. Bad communication from them. It seems like they have a bad process. You loose interests in the role and start looking else where.

Lack of communication, convoluted process, and they ask you to do free spec work involving you to create a case study for a past product (first red flag). Interviews are only conducted within 30min increments even though it’s with the hiring manager which led to a rushed conversation with the interviewer speaking 80% of the time and not a chance to know what you can offer. Communication is slow and the hiring process doesn’t have a consistent timeline. Based from my conversations with them, it seemed like employees are constantly doing two even three peoples’ job responsibilities (second red flag). Pay is LOW with even lower bonus incentive.
