I applied online. I interviewed at One Medical (Washington, DC) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was alright first a screen call then team members virtual interviews and then a final in person offer with tour and team member intros. Most of the questions were mediocre but the teams interview was more technical and case scenario related which some weren’t even relevant as a phlebotomist

Interview
Drawn out!!! One phone screen, then three drawn out interview that last 2 hours. Also an email written exam. Each interview had a play by play scenario. They all ask the exact same questions just in different form.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at One Medical in Oct 2019
Interview
30 min phone interview with recruiter , 1 hour video interview with hiring manager , 3 hours In person interview including shadowing and drawing one of the employees + writing test about a patient encounter case scenario. Too much. Too many questions and they repeat the same questions over and over for next interview. Asking me to draw a phlebotomist in office was just ridiculous. I felt like I have applied to medical school. Very stressful process.
