The have a phone interview, a video chat with your possible manager, a take home assignment that you have to answer scenario based question, a panel interview of 5 people that have 30 minutes asking you questions about different competencies and then they ask for 2-3 references to verify your character. If you pass all of that you have another phone conversation about an offer letter and you need to be COVID vaccinated before your start date.
