One Medical Recruiter interview questions

Was very negative experience. The hiring manager kept saying terrible things about the company I was working for and started the interview with "I'm very familiar with the kind of sh***t show your company is" or "They promote your for no reason". I didn't appreciate somebody saying such things about the company I had been with for years that had been very supportive in my development. I decided to decline the opportunity because I didn't want to work for that kind of person.

Initial phone screen was very surface level, just being given info about the company, did not even have to speak on my experience, was pushed through for 2nd phone screen with a TA manager. 2nd phone interview went well but you are given sourcing "homework" to complete before moving to on-site interviews.
