The interview was very relaxed and held in a medical room. The interviewees focused on my interests and who I was. They were definitely gaging how I would fit in with them.
Standard phone interview. Then I received a call for a recruiter saying all the things they did not like about my interview and stated they wanted me to be more than a salesmen for changing new clients to their services.
