The company seems great and the recruiter was awesome but the physician I interviewed with was very biased. He wasn't pleased that I didn't do an EKG on this (interview question) healthy 35 year old patient with no CV history or complaint that came in for an annual. EKGs and CXRs are not recommended to be done routinely anymore unless there's an indication. There were other things that I didn't quite agree with this physicians answers. It was quite unfortunate as the physician I was initially going to interview with had to cancel last minute due to her circumstances and then this guy came along.
lengthy and several rounds. They will ghost you before final round even though they say you are a great fit and want to move you on. Not very transparent with comps
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at One Medical in Aug 2020
Interview
Super thorough process. First interview is with a recruiter who basically screens you for the position to be sure they're not wasting their time. 2nd interview is with a manager, about 45min-1 hour, asking your typical questions and a lot of open ended questions about your experience and skills. Final interview is with 3 different members of higher management. Each about 45 minutes long. Questions regarding experience, communication skills, teamwork.
