Interview
Call with HR that lasted about 20 minutes. Basic pre screening, they definitely get more into personality than most jobs I've interviewed for. If you do well, they schedule you for an in person interview at the clinic you apply at. In person interview lasted over an hour (scheduled for 1 hour) and was with the care team manager. Then they brought in 3 of the other health coaches/Operations Assistants. Finally, they brought in the practice doctor. I felt the interview process was comprehensive and I appreciated getting to meet the people you will work with and talk to them directly about the job. Overall, was the best interview process at any company I've interviewed at.

They are big into questions about your personality. They are very focused on providing great care to patients, and their questions center around this. It seems that if you aren't passionate about this you would be passed over.
The interview process was fairly simple. There was a phone screen, then an in-person interview with the manager and another team member. The job offer came fairly quick after the interview.
