The process is a long and detailed process but they are very organized and the moves very swiftly to complete the 5 -6 part hiring process. The have a phone interview, a video chat with your possible manager, a take home assignment that you have to answer scenario based question, a panel interview of 5 people that have 30 minutes asking you questions about different competencies and then they ask for 2-3 references to verify your character. If you pass all of that you have another phone conversation about an offer letter and you need to be COVID vaccinated before your start date.

I am early in the interview process and so far have found that the HR team is very responsive and seems to have my best interest at heart as a candidate.
