Interview
I applied through One Medical Group's website and was contacted a few weeks later by email looking to set up a phone screening for the next day. The interview was conducted in a formal manner; there were no extra or unnecessary questions. The interviewer asked me a total of 4 questions and said that they would contact me by email with a 'yes' or 'no' by the end of day. I never received any further messages so I will now assume it was a 'no'.

3 part interview that consists of 1:1 some panel and fellow peers. It can be quite lengthy for the position. Typical questions, very KornFerry heavy. Look those up they will come in as a great way to frame your answers.

How have you dealt with difficult patients in the past and what did you learn
They were very friendly and very informational. They did a good job explaining job and next steps. They were also fast to give answer regarding decision within a couple days. It seems like a good work environment.
Multiple interviews and on-site interview for in-office roles. Can vary but could be with office manager, district manager and office staff. People are friendly, provide useful information and take questions.
