After submitting my resume and application, I received an email stating that they were interested and would like to schedule a phone interview the next morning. I was asked to make myself available for one-hour, during which they would call. I emailed back, agreeing to the phone screen. I prepared and waited. They called at about the thirty-minute mark, and asked if it was still a good time to talk. I was asked four questions, which took about fifteen minutes, and was told I would hear back by the end of the day, via email, if I had made it to the next stage of the process (an in-person interview).
