Pretty poor experience overall. Recruiter was helpful and knowledgeable but didn't seem to have much control over the lengthy process (was interviewing for 4 months)- did not result in an offer, although might have if I had not exited the process, hard to say. One would have to really want a job to stay in engaged in the process.
