Horrible Process. Recruiter reached out to me by email and dropped me 5 emails for interview availability which I never responded since I was out of town. Once I came back to town, I was responding up to the email from recruiter received just 3 days ago and Now they say they do not have a position matching my experience. Advice to recruitment team: 1. Please send emails to candidates only if you have an open position and candidates bet their careers to join companies. so please be serious. 2. Please review candidate profile before sending them tons of emails for interview availability. I might be working with a wrong recruiter in a very good company but it did gave me a very wrong first impression on company's culture. For now, I do not recommend interviewing with such companies unless they are very seriously hiring.
