I interviewed online. I was contacted by a recruiter for this role. I started off with a phone interview, then I can to prepare a case study for my interview with another team member. That interview went fine. Then prior to the last round of interview, I was given a prep call from the recruiter. I had to prepare 2.5 hours of the day to meet virtually with 4 teams members in various roles. I took the little PTO I had to set time for this final interview. Everything was going well, next thing I know, I receive an email from the recruiter stating that someone that another applicant finally came around and accepted the job offer and I would not be moving to the final round of interviews. I wish One Medical was more respectful of applicant's time. Another note: It took a while for the recruiter to respond to emails. This is not helpful when someone is applying for a role. I take this poor experience as a blessing, since it looks like they would not have paid the market rate for someone in this field.
