Whole process took about a month. First was a call where I spoke with recruiter. I then had a zoom with my manager and then the RN team. Final interview was with manager and HR.

I would like to feel like this process is more like a what would you do and instead of a a. b. c. d. questionnaire that sometimes is not the same theory that Korn Ferry gives.
