OneTouch Direct interview questions

1)Phone Interview 2) Face to Face Interview (Then there is a role play where the interviewer plays a customer interested in buying a phone and you are the representative trying to persuade the customer to purchase the phone model you presently own. ( Ask the customer questions to find out what phone best would fit them. When they try to give an excuse to not purchase the phone and are wanting to get off phone without a purchase it’s important to rebuttal

First interview went well. 2nd interview met with a member of the SR leadership team and was the worst most contentious interview I have ever had. This person's focus was completely different from what I was told in the initial interview. Interviewer did not seem to grasp the difference between the scope of my current role and this role. He also spent have the interview responding to emails.
