Pretty basic. Sat down with the manager and discussed previous experience. He will tell you that the basic salary is $7.50 plus commission and go on to tell you about the one kid who's ever done well at that location. However his numbers are very exaggerated. This employee (who quit because the manager kept messing with his commission by coming up with ridiculous rules at the last minute btw) averaged approximately 15 sales per month although the manager likes to tell everyone that 30 sales a month are plausible. That's usually the average for the club and as far as I know it's only been done by a single person a couple of times since that location opened. The real average is 3-5 full memberships per month so the average commission is approximately $150/month. Don't let him swindle you with fake numbers. He himself averages 2-3 full memberships per month.
