One must complete 4 interview phone calls. The first call is with human resources and the next two are with Catasys supervisors. The final is with the CMO. The process was spread out over two days. Each call lasted about an hour. There is no formal process for the first three but the CMO has a series of situational questions.

Interview
The hiring process took 2 weeks. Consisted of a interview with a recruiter who gave you a run down of the job and asked typical pre hire questions from there they sent 3 test to take one a speed test for the internet a personality test and a test on computer skills. Second interview was with a supervisor who asked scenario based questions and questions based on experience. The third and final interview was with the hiring manager who does a role playing scenario.
