OpenGov Sales Development Representative interview questions

The interview process started with an introductory call with a recruiter. From there it moved to a zoom meeting with the potential manager. From there I met with three team members to do a panel interview via zoom. Finally I met with two Directors at the end of the interview process. It was a challenging process, but rewarding to make it all the way through and receive an offer. The recruitment team will give you all the tools you need to be successful in the interview process. The recruiter I worked with was on my team it felt like and he championed me through the process.

I applied online, and quickly received a response to set up an initial phone screening. After passing that, I had a few Skype interviews before eventually going on site for in person interviews. Everyone throughout the process was extremely polite and professional, which speaks highly of the culture at OpenGov. The process overall was very efficient and I felt they truly valued my time.
