Interview
Video interview. You are given 30 secs to compose your answer and 60 secs to answer. There are three questions. You really have to think on your feet. Make sure you don't look at yourself (It's hard - try practicing beforehand), look into the camera.
If you are not successful you will not hear for weeks. I got an email late at night/early morning for the video interview meaning I had less time to prepare.
Got a follow up phone call but it was placed by an employee using their mobile phone which I felt was strange.

Interview
Assessment day compromised of an interview, team project and a presentation. There were 15 people at the assessment day and I believe there were more than 10 assessment days scheduled. I was interviewed by two people and then I had to present my recommendations to a different couple. I haven't heard back on whether I was successful, yet the assessment was in March, three months ago.
