I was a referral by a current SDR. Completed the online personality assessment and scheduled an intro interview with a recruiter. I was working another job, and a call from a client came through at the same time the recruiter’s call did. I accidentally took the client’s call and told him I’d need to call him back. I called the recruiter immediately (twice), emailed, and sent a LinkedIn message explaining the circumstances and trying to reschedule an interview. TOTALLY GHOSTED. Ironically, I was working as a recruiter. I couldn’t imagine treating a candidate like that. Unbelievably unprofessional. If that’s how little they value their candidate experience, I probably dodged a bullet - in reality, I’m grateful that other call interrupted me.

Good interviews with lots of feedback, lots of coaching. More training than you will get with 95% of SDR roles. A lot more stages than most places though, but definitely work the effort.
