- Need to be good at product sense and behavioral.
- Individual Phone screens with HR, Hiring manager (focuses on experience) and another manager at same level as your hiring manager (focuses on product Sense question)
- On campus (virtual) rounds include meeting with Design, engineering, Hiring manager, another PM at the same level and VP.
Recruiter call, phone screen loop consisting of three rounds ,easy interview process mix of behavioral based and scenario based in the loop, very simple structured interview process , well conducted
Recruiter-Hiring Manager- Panel and then offer. Then a hiring freeze- then change of direction and Executive level interview and then a negative decision. I met a lot of great people, unfortunately the company is in very chaotic place and I would not recommend it for anyone.

Great experienced people you talk to. Interview in typical Facebook way. Recruiter, hiring manager pre-screen + 6x 45min calls. Expect 10-15h of your time. Testing product sense, product execution and culture fit.
However they don’t care to spend a single minute with you afterwards to explain their decision and provide any feedback on what they expected.
