Outreach Sales Development Representative interview questions

Three rounds of interviews: phone call with recruiter, phone call with SDR manager, and in person interview loop. The interview loop is with a current SDR, Director of Sales Development, and SDR Manager. The interview questions are mostly behavior questions. Managers really want to hear what makes you tick and your passion. My only complaint about the interview process is my interview with the SDR. One of the first things she mentions to me, "Just so you know I'm like really tired"...uh ok. She seemed really uninterested and kept looking at the clock. When it was my turn to ask her questions about Outreach, she actually laughed at my question! My experience with her made me not want to continue with the rest of the interviews with the team.

3 rounds of interviews, starting with a phone screening with a recruiter, then a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, and finally an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager, VP of Sales Development, and the top SDR. Overall, very pleasant and seems like a good company.
