I was interviewed by at 3 managers and the head chef at the time chef Jason . The OP operating partner Misty was very nice & cordial . immediately after speaking to her, telling her my goals and aspirations she offered me a job in the front of the house as a back waiter. At the time that wasn't what I was looking for, simply because it was a tip based income. I wanted something steady every paycheck . So I differed and she placed me in the back as floater between the dramha line and the dish room. I was content with decision and after 4 interviews in one day, I was told To come back the following day to sign some papers . I got the job!!!
