Super easy! Professional but chill. I definitely suggest for those of you who have BOH experience to give PF Chang’s a try. Interview was a mix of who you are and your skills, assets , and what you like/don’t like. Questions super easy, no need to stress. Just be you! That’s what matters most. Be honest, and what you want, and they’ll see where you can fit or see what’s best for you.

Interview
I was quite unprepared for this interview, but overall it went okay. I met with the Operating Partner and talked about the prep cook position, which wasn't available. Thinking that the interview was going terribly, I showed an interest in the dishwasher position instead. I then met with the Executive Chef, which I thought went really well and he offered me the position. I started dishwashing that same day.

Very easy process. I went in for interview. I got asked a few questions and then asked about my experience. The manager asked when is the earliest I can start and I said immediately. I got called back in the next day to fill out some paperwork and that's it.
