The interview process with Paper was incredibly smooth. They reached out over email and set up a time for a phone interview. The interview was roughly 30 minutes with the interviewer outlining the process of how Paper works and what would be expected of me as a math tutor.

A math exam containing multiple choice questions at the pre university level followed by a phone interview asking basic interview questions and some special experiences that you had. I think it was fine overal.
