Patientco interview questions

The interview process was executed into 4 key steps. Interview with 1) Human Resources, 2) Hiring Manager, 3) 4 Hour In-Person Interview along with an Assessment and 4) Meeting with Team and additional VP. Throughout these touch points, the interviewee has the opportunity to inquire about the culture, job function, potential career growth along with benefits. The in-person interview consists of potential teammates across the organization that way the candidate can receive a fuller idea to the different job functions within the company and how it relates to her/his potential role. Lastly, the assessment is a mock client scenario. The mock scenario is provided by the hiring manager. This was a helpful exercise since it provided an idea of the processes and outputs that fall under a Customer Success Manager. You have an hour to complete the assessment.

The process consisted of 1. Reached out to by a recruiter, quick phone call 2. Phone call with the hiring manager 3. Do a sample coding project in GoLang 4. Video interview reviewing the project and some other small sample questions 5. Onsite with technical/behavioral interview It became very clear to me throughout the process that Patientco is a fantastic company with some really talented people
