The whole 'interview' process is just them selling you on the position. You are required to cover all travel expenses (and travel is required). No benefits and no employee rights as you are classified as 1099. You work under a manager who works under other managers and each manager makes money on their 'team'. Its basically a MLM in structure. There was no professionalism either. During the phone screening I was hung up on 4 times, and in an email introducing me to the company was a guy in a greasy t-shirt sitting in a lazyboy in a dirty house. The company itself preys on small business owners and farmers, but its okay because 'you get incentive trips and a Rolex'.
