Submitted online application, within a short period of time, interviewed over the phone, then a phone appointment was set up for the next day. Overall, I came away with a negative feeling about the company, more about them desperate to hire agents, I also came away with the feeling that they are unprofessional and will blame you for an interview not going well or not fitting in with how they "conduct" themselves. Also, they advertised the position as "overseeing a sales team", that is full time, however never actually calling it a sales manager.
