I applied for a grocery/stocker clerk position last Wednesday and got a call from the manager the next day. The manager interviewed me over the phone that same day. I went in for a face to face interview on Sunday. The manager told me that my background check will come back in 1-3 business days. After my background check comes back they'll give me an offer by email.

All behavioral questions with content related to how well you could execute physical labor tasks. No in-depth questions about previous work experience. It was one of the easiest interviews I have had.

They just ask basic questions your availability would you ever steal how would your previous employee rate you if you saw someone stealing would you tell or look away overall the interview process is not hard
