I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Planet
Interview
First I had the recruiter call and the HM call and then I was giving a technical assignment which was fairly trivial.
After submitting the technical assignment the recruiter emailed me for an onsite interview.
Once the onsite interview was complete the recruiter called me to tell me that the interview went well and asked me to wait for a few more days so that they can get a confirmation before moving forward.
After that they ghosted me. I have never come across any company which is so unprofessional and based on all the other reviews it appears to be a regular practice. I suggest that you don't waste your time here. They talk about equity pay, inclusiveness and belonging but they don't even have the basic courtesy to send an email if they don't want to move forward.
