PostcardMania Customer Service Representative interview questions

I first met with the HR originally for the Online Marketing Specialist. I then met with the manager of the department then the VP I didnt get that job but Elizabeth helped and was able to get me into the Account Manager. I came back and interviewed with the Manager and VP at the same time and then the COO who offered me the position.

Played phone tag for a bit but was finally able to get on the phone to schedule an initial interview. I met with Elizabeth from HR and discussed the position and my qualifications. After it was determined that my experience matched what they were looking for, I was given a few tests including an IQ test and a typing test. On the same day, I was introduced to the department heads and then the COO who offered me the position. The whole process took about 3 hours. The people that I did meet were very friendly, and it seems like an awesome environment to work in with amazing company culture. Count yourself lucky if you are chosen to work there!
