Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. I kindly request that you take a fresh look at what you wrote and really determine if it's 100% accurate. I can say with certainty that if what you wrote is true, we wouldn't be following a long list of rules and regulations regarding hiring and interviewing. Since I personally oversee the HR Department I can say firsthand that we would never ask someone if they have a problem with a certain religion, whether Scientology, Buddhism, Christianity, etc. This is just not an appropriate question for an interview and serves no purpose. The question that we do ask however, is regarding the Hubbard Management system, which is completely non-religious and pertains to business organization and efficiency. Seems you may be confusing "Scientology" with one portion of Hubbard's literature regarding business organization.
