The interview process was really open and refreshing. Vendy and Maham were friendly and explained a lot about what it's like working at PCM. I left really understanding how I would fit in there and feeling welcome. I was asked about my experience, my goals, my weaknesses and strengths, etc. But I didn't feel pressure to be dishonest or make myself out to be perfect; it was candid in the best way. Because the position I applied for is new, I interviewed with my manager, the COO, and eventually the CEO and President, as I would be working on projects for them. I was intimidated at first, but everyone at PostcardMania is incredibly cool; very open and genuine people who make you feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way without sacrificing the professionalism you want from your place of work.
