Interview process was very thorough but relaxed at the same time. They want to get to know you and see if you are someone who fits the environment. You do meet with a small variety of supervisors and managers that would be in your department, they all want to get to know you and will be very straightforward to you regarding what the job entails and if I feel I would be a good fit. They want you to be happy, if you don't feel comfortable it's ok to share that. I enjoyed the process and am happy with the position I'm in along with the co-workers I have!
