I was interviewed by HR, then interviewed by the VP over IT, then met with HR again. Did some basic tests as well as a drug test. Each person I met with along the way was really interested and engaged. I was given a tour of the building before making my decision and I found the environment to be fun and upbeat. Then before being officially hired, I did a working interview where I worked in the area for a day working with another person from the department where they observed my approach in handling tasks.
