Interview
Pretty straightforward and smooth process, moved very quickly. I was invited to interview with HR - this was a 1:1 interview. Then, I moved on to fill out some standardized testing - an IQ test, a math test, and a simple test to see if you can follow directions. Next step was meeting with the sales manager - again, a 1:1 interview. The HR rep and the sales manager were very professional and laid back. It was more of a getting to know you and your work experience type of interview, nothing too tricky, no panel interviews, no presentations. Overall, a good experience. The place has a very good energy/vibe about it.

Interview
I did an initial phone interview, which led me to doing an in person interview. I participated in some assessments to ensure that I was qualified for the position. I had an interview with one of the recruiters, and another with a highly experienced sales person within the company. I was shocked at how vibrant the energy was with the company, and you the culture was really enthusiastic. I knew I wanted to work here the moment I had walked in.

Interview
The interview process was a relaxed, laid back and informative. I liked that a decision was made on the spot and an offer was extended to me at the end of the interview. The onboarding process is very long, however. So be prepared for 3-4 weeks of reading, studying, and testing before you will begin your daily tasks. This is the only drawback I've found since starting here. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.
