I submitted my resume to PostcardMania and was called for an interview the same week. My first interview was to take an IQ and aptitude test, after that I spoke with my would-be VP. This went very well, he was very interested in me as a person and how I would be able to contribute to his division. That same day I got a phone call for a secondary interview with the president of the company. She was warm and welcoming, there was no pressure or grilling of any kind. It was a conversation of my potential future with the company. This also went as I was offered the position the next day.
