Hello there, thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate the feedback. We have one phone interviewer that is brand new, and I'm wondering if she is the one that you spoke with. To answer your question about diversity, you are welcome to look at our Meet the Maniacs page on our website where you can see how diverse we are. We have 300 staff from all walks of life. We could care less about where a candidate is from or what kind of life style they live. What we care about is hiring people who are easy to work with and get along with. We have a very easy going, but busy work environment, and the type of people who thrive here, are just that, easy going, no drama, who are fast paced and get loads of work done :) We truly are VERY busy. Whew!! Normally once we complete phone interviews, we give all the candidates to the manager over the area, who lets us know who to call back in for an interview.
