The interview process was really thorough, I first met with an HR Recruiter who was really nice and welcoming. I then did an IQ test, an aptitude test and a typing test. When that was done I met with my immediate manager and the person in charge of the entire area, during this time they asked me some questions and wrote down my answers. They were both also really kind, I felt like I was listened to and I felt at-ease. After that my immediate manager took me to the Account Manager area and I shadowed someone there and was I free to ask any questions I had about the position/work load and she showed me around the portal and how it worked. After this I was taken up to the COO's office to meet one-on-one with him where we talked further about the position, the pay, my schedule, then he offered me the job! This whole experience made me feel really comfortable with the company and my managers, I didn't feel judged at all and actually felt really excited to start. I'm saying it's "difficult" not because there are "hard" questions, but because it's a very thorough process and this made me think they have high qualifications.

First met with HR for a screening I guess to see if I’d be a good company match, then I met with the 2 managers over the area. It was easy going and I really liked who I met with.

Interview
Pretty much your average everyday run of the mill one-on-one interview. I wasn't very interested in the position, in fact the description of the role seemed kind of ambiguous to me so I'm not really sure what they were looking for.
