In a short sentence I would say: Very upbeat and very thorough. There were a few steps; from first interview, to testing and finally an invitation for final interview. During these phases I was able to observe and interact with various levels of staff. It became clear to me that have an amazingly strong and vibrant company and workplace - and they are looking for the best and brightest to join their team.
