      Campaign Coordinator Interview

      Dec 9, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at PostcardMania

      Interview

After submitting my application online, I was sent an automated email for their open house (in the email it stated that the open house was about 2 hours). It is an impressive facility and many moving parts. After the tour, we sat in their cafeteria. The recruitment/HR team then grabbed tables one at a time to complete IQ tests. I was then told to wait by the front. There was no communication as to what was next. I was then grabbed by someone from either HR or recruiting for a filtering interview. I was told to wait in the front again. After about 20 min the head recruiter then did an interview with the same questions as the first. She asked if I had time to wait for an interview with a manager. I chose to wait another 30 min. The manager was extremely nice and the conversation flowed well. She told me I would hear back in a week on their decision. After 4 hours of waiting around with three interviews, I still haven’t heard back from them.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PostcardMania (Clearwater, FL) in Jan 2024

      Interview

Before the in-person interview, I spoke on the phone with a Recruitment Assistant, and we scheduled a time for me to come in. First, I had an initial interview with a Sales Recruiter, which discussed my work history, any applicable skills/experience I had, etc.. Then, I took three different tests: a 30-min personality/problem-solving test, a shorter (maybe 1-2 minute) personality test, and a 1-minute typing test. After submitting those results, I spoke again with the Sales Recruiter to discuss the position, and then afterwards I had another interview with the head of the department I would potentially be working in. This went more in-depth, with questions about how I would assess problems in the work place, and to see if I would be a good fit for the company. I was offered the position, accepted, and spoke with the training manager. Afterwards, I was asked to do a drug screening, and the next day I was sent a Job Offer Letter. Overall, I found the interview process to be thorough, though none of it was stressful or unpleasant.
