So I want to let you know if you are applying for sales or software development here do not waste your time. Let me tell you, the process here as sheer and utter torture. They bring you into open house, then force you to take a bunch of exams. Do they even grade these exams, IQ, math, and aptitude? Absolutely they don’t even grade them; and will lie and say you “did well” this is complete bs. As a heads up, once you finish these exams you will either get called in for an interview or you won’t. If you don’t get in interview and they say “they’ll reach out” that’s buzz and a lie. It took me a few days to realize this was there nice way of rejecting you, and they offered me a much lowering paying role at 16 dollars. I have a computer science degree; and I was baffled they would even see me like that. Overall the process was nothing but bs. They preach about how amazing the company is and will give you a tour and give you hope, but reality is, they only hire 5 people each time, 50-60 come in and will be ghosted. Don’t even bother applying for the higher paying jobs as they are oversaturated. You are better applying somewhere else and saving yourself the headache. Because as I said, they force you to take an exam and then don’t even grade it. 3-4 hours of my life wasted and a long drive. F you, postcard a-wipes. You could of just told me you weren’t interested, instead you lied and gave me hope, kept me on your email thread, and then offered me a crappy role that pays almost minimum wage. This company is a joke.
