Ghosted By the Recruiter.
The recruiter contacted me over LinkedIn to inquire about a position and ask questions. I responded nearly immediately according to timestamps, but did not receive a response. I followed up the next day while LinkedIn showed she was online and LinkedIn confirmed she saw my messages, but again she did not respond.
