I attended a web based group interview this morning. It was so weird. There were about 12 of us. Two of us (including me) were about to fall asleep because the recruiter seemed to make it a lot more interesting that it seemed.
She kept saying that the pay was bad, and the hours were long. Way to sell the company!! Also, an odd thing about how the agents weren't valued by the company? That was very odd.

Interview questions revolved around future goals and previous working experience.
Very easy and friendly interview. They asked a few questions. Wanted to know whether I was a good fit for the job. Walked through several scenarios of a typical representative’s call, and how I would handle it. Discussed starting salary for the position, and what shifts they had available. They talked about company perks and benefits. Also talked about employee parking and amenities available nearby. They hired me on the spot.
