Princess Cruises interview questions

Expeditious, organized, very to the point. I applied online, and interviewed within a group, answering questions posed to the group by the human resources rep. The next step was a personal interview with the HR manager. The interview was relatively long (about 2 hours). They took about two weeks to get back to me with good news.

It was a very simple process. Two Skype interviews that lasted no more than 10 minutes each and I was hired. They simply did a quick review of my resume, and I highlighted some very simple points from it. The majority of the interviews focused on life at sea, which was beneficial. I left feeling a little confused, as I feel I didn't have to sell myself at all, and they just wanted to fill the role. No need to overprep - just know your skills and highlights and be yourself. No drug test or background check necessary - although you are subject to a drug test at anytime onboard.
