There was no initial phone interview. I was called in for an in person interview very quickly. The 2 gentlemen I talked to were pleasant. They asked no technical questions other than "what did you do at your last place of employment?". They then proceeded to chat amongst themselves for the next hour basically. I got in some good questions but no real back and forth. These guys came off as techs with absolutely no experience interviewing people. One of them was about 20 minutes late to the interview. The main interviewer was distracted by his phone the majority of the time.
