I interviewed at Prove in Jan 2025

      Interview

I met the hiring manager and the recruiter but the recruiter was 10 minutes late to the screen. They then waited a week where I was told there was an onsite they all had to attend but in reality it didn't exist. They had extended an offer to another candidate and gave them the position. Please don't waste candidates time

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your interview process did not meet your expectations. While our entire organization had an offsite during that time, we recognize that we could have communicated more clearly and provided updates sooner. We understand that delays and a lack of transparency can be frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback as we work to improve our candidate experience.
