HR contacted you without reviewing your resume or ask your background. It seems really unprofessional....
HR sounds tired and overwhelmed... well, now I understand why this firm only have 2.5 on Glassdoor rating... I am not interested in being a candidate at all

Interview
I had two phone screens. The first was with HR. It was your normal HR phone screen. The second phone interview was interesting. They called and said is this still a good time? My response, "Yes of course". It in fact was not, because they never even schedule the interview with me. Not a call or email was sent to inform me. I wonder to this day if I was truly the person they were supposed to be calling. Next the woman said, I apologize but the hiring manager was unable to make the interview and she asked me to step in. Which is odd to continue if the hiring manager cannot make it let alone the fact I wasn't told they would be calling. So clearly, they don't have their stuff together.
