Interview
My first interviewed took place on campus. It was really easy with pretty basic questions. The interview was half informational and half about my background, experience, etc. In contrast to others experience, the process moved along REALLY quickly. I interviewed on Friday and received an invitation to come for a second interview on Monday afternoon. The second interview was at one of the offices with five other candidates. I interviewed with four consultants throughout the day, with a break for lunch. I took the advice of another reviewer and made a point not to be unprofessional or too open. The other consultants were nice and friendly, and I did feel like I was holding back...but I guess it was a good decision. The interviews were very easy, but I felt like the interviewers were not very prepared-most did not have a prepared list of questions and only two took notes. Overall, it was an extremely easy and fun interview process-though slightly unprepared.

Phone screening, followed by two virtual interviews. The second interview I had to do a mock test to showcase a skillset. They sent over material before the 2nd interview that i had to read and elaborate on.
Applied, 2-3 business days later: Phone call with the recruiter, 1 week later: Teams video call with two supervisors, 1 week later: Teams video call with Manager/Potential Boss, 2-3 business days later: request for references. References all responded within 1-2 business days. Status on dashboard updated 1-2 business days later (Hidden status with status update date visible) Nothing for 2 weeks after.

Interview
It was pretty straightforward. A recruiter contacted me, I spoke with her on the phone, then an interview with two team members, and finally a panel interview that had an assignment given to me the night before. I accept that I probably approached the case study not how they wanted, but I still find it extremely unprofessional to ghost a candidate after three rounds and them hounding me. Seems I am not alone in that experience.
