I was screened quickly by first interviewer to make sure I fit the job description. This was about a 10-minute conversation, if that. When this person felt I was qualified enough, she scheduled an appointment with her supervisor who was the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition. I had a phone interview with this person, and had a great conversation. We were on the phone for about 1.5 hours, definitely longer than I expected. She was very nice and personable. Upon completion of this interview, I was contacted by one of the Education Consultants 3 weeks later to schedule an interview. She emailed me to inquire about my availability for the upcoming school year, and when I told her I was available on a part-time basis, she responded back saying they needed someone on a full time basis, but if my work commitments changed, contact them for an interview.

I had an initial phone call with a recruiter, and then an on-site interview in Atlanta. The initial call and on site interview were both pleasant. The on-site interview started 10-15 minutes late (interviewer apparently running late). All went well, and I was told I'd be hearing shortly as I was moving onto the next round of the process. I received an email a week later stating they all the decision makers were trying to get on the same schedule, and I would hear back soon. Two weeks went by, and I followed up with the recruiter. A few days later, I received an apologetic email that stated that they had extended an offer to another candidate. Pretty frustrating to be told to anticipate scheduling the next interview soon, and then not hearing back for weeks until I reached out. Bit of a yellow/red flag.
